Adam Folker is a professional basketball player. He earned a Division 1 full scholarship to the University of California Irvine for basketball after developing his jumping skills in high school.
He is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Adam works with professional athletes and major sports teams as an expert performance coach.
Justin 'Jus Fly' Darlington has been named the #1 Dunker in the World, has won numerous dunking contests and has trained many professional NBA basketball players the art of slam dunking the ball with high jumps.
Justin is well-known for his trademark move of dunking a basketball under both legs at once and can jump an astounding 50.1 inches. These are the brains behind Vert Shock.

Other vertical jump programs use methods like "Habitual Jump Training" that makes you jump 1000 reps a workout, hoping that it will make you jump higher.
However, with Vert Shock, we drastically reduce the number of jumps per workout so that you are able to jump your highest ON EACH REP.

The PRE-SHOCK PHASE

The SHOCK PHASE
